The heads of state institutions responsible for religious affairs of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) have toured the city of Shusha, APA's Karabakh bureau reports.
Participants of the First Meeting of the Heads of State Institutions Responsible for Religious Affairs of the OTS member states visited the historical and landmark sites of Shusha.
The guests were briefed on the period of occupation of the city and the restoration and reconstruction work carried out following its liberation.
The delegation visited the statues of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Khurshidbanu Natavan, and Bulbul, the "Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh" photo exhibition, the palace of Khan's daughter Natavan, Shusha Fortress, the Lower and Upper Govhar Agha Mosques, as well as the Jidir Duzu plain.
