“All of us saw the footage on the brutal killing of civilians in Bucha and other cities around Kyiv, which until a few days ago were under the control of Russian forces,” said NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, APA reports.
According to him, what happened in Bucha is inapprehensible: “It is brutality. Europe did not witness such events in recent years. Targeting and killing civilians are war crimes. NATO allies support the launch of an investigation in this regard, investigation through the International Criminal Court and the UN. Those who committed it should be brought to justice.”
