Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on Saturday canceled an extended curfew planned for the capital, APA reports citing CNN.
In a statement on Telegram, Klitschko said the curfew -- planned to begin Saturday at 8 p.m. and run until 7 a.m. on Monday -- would not be introduced.
"Curfew time will remain normal - from 20:00 to 7:00 [8:00 pm to 7:00 am local time]," Klitschko said. "It will be possible to move around the capital and the region on Sunday afternoon."

Mayor of Kyiv is extending the curfew in the Ukrainian capital from 20:00 local time (18:00 GMT) on Saturday until 08:00 on Monday, APA reports citing BBC.
Mayor Vitali Klitschko said in an online post that the decision was made by the Ukrainian military, without giving further details.
