Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov reportedly received a plan to assassinate Ukraine’s top leaders on February 3 during his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, who spoke on the air of Radio NV, APA reports.
