"Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is one of the leaders, who know Russia best," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists, APA's bureau in Turkiye reports citing Anadolu Agency.
According to Erdogan, the main discussion topic during Azerbaijani President's visit to Turkiye was the issue of Russia and Ukraine.
"His relations with Mr. Putin are clear to all. He is one of the best analysts of the war. We have had an opportunity to talk with him very openly and clearly in this regard," noted Turkish President.
