The Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu) has declared Russia a “state sponsor of terrorism.” They also adopted a statement condemning the entry of new regions into the Russian Federation, APA reports citing AW Journal.

Earlier in October, it became known that the Estonian parliament would soon support the recognition of Russia as a “sponsor of terrorism.” Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur said in an interview with the American newspaper Politico that Russia’s actions in Ukraine allegedly fall under this definition.
Meanwhile, in Strasbourg, members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a statement on the conflict in Ukraine. In it they also accused Russia of “terrorism”.
