An opening ceremony for the Kyrgyzstan Trade House was held in Baku, APA reports.
The event was organized by the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Azerbaijan.
The ceremony was attended by leading Kyrgyz businesspeople, diplomats, representatives of the local community, and media representatives.
Various products reflecting the country's rich natural resources, national values, and production potential are displayed at the Kyrgyzstan Trade House.
Kyrgyzstan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Maksat Mamytkanov, stated that one of the main objectives of establishing the Trade House is to increase trade turnover between the two countries and expand economic ties.
"Through economic ties, we are also strengthening our political and humanitarian relations. This will create broader opportunities for exchanges between our citizens, contribute to the development of tourism, and facilitate the implementation of new economic projects," the ambassador noted.
Maksat Mamytkanov emphasized the importance of expanding ties between Azerbaijani and Kyrgyz entrepreneurs. According to him, bringing more Kyrgyz businesspeople to Azerbaijan and introducing them to local entrepreneurs could open up new prospects for business.
It should be noted that the Kyrgyzstan Trade House operates at the Turkic Trade Center, located at 77Q Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, Baku.
