Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Russia’s Transneft Company considers that the reverse of Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline is undesirable, said the Company President Nikolay Tokarev, APA reports quoting Interfax agency.
“This means that Roneft’s oil will be transported to Baku-based oil refineries through Novorossiysk port and processed there. Instead of this, our Azerbaijani partners should give same oil back to us through Ceyhan port in Turkey. In this case, Rosneft could get oil through transport corridor shorter than Ceyhan and deliver to its Italy-based factories”, Tokarev said.
