Italy becomes Azerbaijan's top oil importer this year: nearly 3.5 million tons to 10 countries

In January of this year, Azerbaijan exported 1,687,729.6 tons of oil to Italy worth 932,715.48 thousand US dollars, APA-Economics reports citing Azerbaijan's State Customs Committee.

Thus, Italy once again ranked first in Azerbaijan's total oil exports.

Germany ranked second in Azerbaijan's total oil exports. During the reporting period, 409,959.01 tons of oil worth 223,278.37 thousand dollars were exported to this country.

The Czech Republic ranks third in the list of Azerbaijan's oil exports. In January of this year, 364,669.21 tons of oil worth 202,264.3 thousand dollars were exported to this country.

According to the information, the above indicators take into account the value of exported oil, the clearance of which was completed at the customs authorities during the reporting period.

As can be seen from the list, 3,460,826.94 tons of oil worth $1,903,035.78 thousand was exported to 10 countries during the reporting period.
