Azerbaijani MPs to attend meeting of PACE subcommittee

Baku. Agha Jafarli – APA. On May 18, Moldova’s capital city ChiÈ™inÄƒu will host the parliamentary meeting named “Strengthening of social rights within the Eastern Cooperation: Discussion on the European Social Charter” of the PACE subcommittee on the European Social Charter.

Hadi Rajabli, chairman of the Azerbaijani parliament’s committee on social policy, MPs Musa Guliyev, Ilham Mammadov, Sadaget Valiyeva, and Sevinj Huseynova will participate in the meeting, according to the parliament’s website.

There will be discussions on “social rights in legislation and its enforcement”, “Challenges and capabilities in the realization of standards of social rights”. Azerbaijani MPs will make speeches during the discussions and give information about Azerbaijani experience in these areas.

The visit will come to an end on May 20.
