He said that the number of people, who are going to vote for the first time, is about 114,000: “The number of people aged 85-90 is 27,014, aged 90-100 is 6,424 and aged over 100 is 825,000. 124 year-old Dadashova Gozal Ali is the oldest voter from #24 polling station of Goychay-Aghdash constituency,” he said.
Panahov said most of the voters are aged 19-30.
“Their number is 1 317 353. This makes up 27.6% of the voters,” he said.
Mazahir Panahov said the voters’ lists have been prepared together with the relevant government agencies. He noted that the process will end by the end of May.
