Azerbaijanâ€™s President receives Chief Executive of Global Environment Facility

Baku-APA. Azerbaijanâ€™s President Ilham Aliyev has received Chief Executive of the Global Environment Facility Monique Barbut on June 30, the Presidentâ€™s Press Service told APA. The Head of State said large-scale projects in the field of ecology was being implemented in Azerbaijan and noted that large plans would be realized in future for the solution of ecological problems. President Ilham Aliyev said the cooperation between the Global Environment Facility and relevant bodies of the country was developing successfully and underlined the importance of the chief executiveâ€™s visit.
Touching on the work done in the field of ecology Monique Barbut noted the importance of the events in this sphere. Monique Barbut expressed her hope that the implementation of joint projects would contribute to the expansion of cooperation.
