â€œIt is irrefutable that reforms are carried out in court and police systems. But it is impossible to guarantee if these laws and reforms will be obeyed,â€? the head of OSCE Office in Baku Maurizio Pavesi said in the press conference, APA reports. He said that international organizations should increase attention on Azerbaijani democratic organizations. He did not approve the indifference of international organizations towards some antidemocratic cases in the country. /APA/
