90 per cent of them have been executed. The number of documents has been increased in comparison with that of previous years. Ministry of Justice studies foreign experiences in the field and cooperates with international organizations.
According to the agreement between Ministry of Justice and European Commission, a two year project is implemented within TACIS program- courts are provided with computers and other techniques. /APA/
