Azerbaijan’s President issues decree to confirm “State Program on aviation security†and “Rules on ensuring aviation securityâ€

Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree to confirm the “State Program on aviation security†and “Rules on ensuring aviation securityâ€, APA reports. Under the decree, “State Program on aviation security†and “Rules on ensuring aviation security†have been confirmed. The Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare proposals to solve the issues arising from the application of the decree and submit to President. The Justice Ministry is to ensure compliance of the normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive authorities to this Decree and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.
