Azerbaijani President attends openings of several facilities in Gazakh region
APA reports quoting the press service of the President that the Head of the State inspected the stands about the companies, commissioned by Azersun-Holdinq in other regions of the country.
The President said that the total cost of the plant with annual production capacity of 21.5 tons amounted to AZN 14 mln. The National Fund for Entrepreneurship Economic Development of Azerbaijan allocated a soft loan of AZN 6.8 mln for realization of this project.
During his visit to Gazakh, the President also attended the opening of Gazakhbeyli Ashagi Salahli motor road, joining the three villages with a total population of about five thousand people.
Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov informed the President about the reconstructed another road - Yukhari Salahli Kemerli, which will connect four villages with the entire population of about 13 thousand people.
In addition, the President familiarized himself with the other road reconstruction project - Agstafa Poylu-Georgia. The 53 km-road is reconstructed at the level of modern standards. 2 new bridges are built over the road.
Then, the President toured under the construction of cement plant in Gazakh.
Head of State was informed that being built by JSC Akkord Industrial-Construction Investment Corporation and JSC International Bank of Azerbaijan, the Plant covers 56 hectares. The factory’s daily production capacity will be 2500 tons, annual capacity - 1 million tons.
Production of cement will be carried out with modern technology. It was noted that the plant will be managed centrally, and the production process is computerized.
President Aliyev expressed satisfaction with the done work and gave the relevant instructions and recommendations.
