APAâ€™s correspondents, who observed the rally, report that the action was started with sounding the national anthem.

Functionaries of various parties, representatives of regional organizations and journalists participated mostly in the rally.

Member of the Coordination Council of the Public Chamber Ibrahim Ibrahimli claimed that few people participated in the rally because authorities didnâ€™t create normal conditions for holding the rally. He called the rally participants to be active and emotional.

Chairman of the APFP Ali Karimli, deputy chairman of the APFP Gozel Bayramli, chairman of the Musavat party Isa Gambar, member of the Public Chamber Panah Huseyn and the others chanted protests and slogans against the governmentâ€™s policy. They spoke mostly about violation of property right of the citizens, restriction of the democratic freedoms and the others issues.

Many slogans and banners, which reflected the Public Chamberâ€™s demands, were chanted in the rally, in foreign languages as well to draw attention of the international organizations.

According to our correspondents, who observed the rally, the protesters started to leave the rally after in a short time. They threw down the flag of Azerbaijan and parties, as well as slogans and banners, and left.

The resolution was adopted at the end of the rally.

The police took measures for the prevention of unpleasant incident and provocation.

The rally ended without incident.
