Book â€œGenocide of Azerbaijanis: the bloody chronicle of historyâ€ presented - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

The idea of the book was given by the head of the Presidential Administration, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev. APA reports that general director of Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAc) Aslan Aslanov spoke about the significance of the book. Head of the public policy department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov underlined the significance of the national memory: â€œUnfortunately, we often forget some moments of our history. Due to this forgetfulness, Armenians perpetrated such actions, which must be written as a national tragedy to the world history, against Azerbaijani people five times over the last 200 years. The issues of genocide of Azerbaijanis were not reflected in the world history, the worldâ€™s large encyclopedias and the decisions of the world parliament. It hurts only our hearts. Armenians could place information about their fictitious events in the worldâ€™s well-known information, political and public opinion centers. But we couldnâ€™t talk about our truth. Therefore we must support such works like this book.â€

Editor-in-chief of the â€œAzerbaijanâ€ newspaper Bakhtiyar Sadigov also shared his opinion on the book. Photo of the mass grave in Guba region of Azerbaijan was used in the book cover. â€œArmenians show a picture of 15 heads painted by a French artist while speaking about their fictitious genocide, but we show concrete fact â€“ photo, not a picture.â€

Director of the Institute of History Yagub Mahmudov said that the book â€œGenocide of Azerbaijanis: the bloody chronicle of historyâ€ is very significant in the information war against Armenians: â€œThis book is significant for history and information war. We defeated Armenia in the information war.â€

The other participants also underlined the significance of the book and said that this book will play a great role in spreading information about the Armenian barbarism.

The book was dedicated to the memory of Azerbaijanâ€™s national leader Heydar Aliyev. Editor-in-chief of the book is the head of public policy department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov and executive editor is the editor-in-chief of â€œAzerbaijanâ€ newspaper Bakhtiyar Sadigov.
