The initiative is learned by the Presidential Administration and evaluated by the corresponding organizationsâ€, head of the public policy department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov told APA.

Hasanov said that they were learning the issues concerning the venue and form of the monument or museum complex and discussing the possibilities of contest to be announced for it: â€œThese issues are on agenda, but no decision has been passed still. We think it is important to establish such museum in the context of formation of national memory, linking historical past, today and future, forming public opinion about this genocideâ€.

March 31 is the Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis.
