Department Chief of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration: â€œThe disturbers of right to privacy must be brought to responsibilityâ€

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. â€œThe Constitution of Azerbaijan ensures the right to privacy of every citizen and no one can intrude into privacy of othersâ€, Chief of Public Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov told APA.

According to him, the corresponding agencies must take and take serious measures on all such cases not depending on who was its perpetrator: â€œThe right to privacy is one of the fundamental human rights. The disturbers of this right must be brought to responsibility. We condemn the case related to journalist Khadija Ismayilova and consider it inadmissible to treat the people in such manner, not depending on their offices and social status. The relevant agencies are investigating the issue and the additional information will be given about the results of the investigationâ€.
