Baku City Executive Power gives positive response to Youth Rights Protection Committee appeal to hold rally on March 17 – <font color=red>UPDATED </font>

Member of the YRPC board of directors Samir Asadli told APA that the Mayor considered the appeal and gave positive response to their plans to hold a mass action. The city authorities recommended to hold a meeting at the play ground near the driving school at the Elchin Azizov Street in the 20th residential area of Sabayil district.

Asadli noted that the committee was satisfied with the place recommended by the Mayor and preparations for the meeting have been already started.

The meeting will be held from 15.00 till 17.00

Civil Movement, Popular Front, Democratic and Musavat youth organizations including “Nida” Civil Movement, “Dalgha”, “Azad”, “Positive Change” youth movements and Human Rights Club are included to the YRPC. The action participants will chant “Karabakh”, “Freedom for political prisoners”, “Education without bribe” and “No bribe”.

Baku City Executive Power negatively responded the previous appeal by YRPS to hold a meeting on March 4.
