Oppositional bloc expected to hold rally in Bibiheybat

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. The oppositional bloc Public Chamber (PC) held its regular session on Saturday. Member of the PC Coordination Council Mehriban Vazir informed about the work done last month. Other members of the Coordination Council Sakhavat Alishov and Valeh Humbatoghlu criticized the organizationâ€™s activity because their proposals made during previous meetings have not been taken into consideration.

Member of the PC Coordination Council, chairman of Musavat Party Isa Gambar said the bloc established relations with the Forum of Intellectuals. He said PC must show more clear position and political will. â€œIt is high time for passing unanimous decision. It is necessary to schedule the rally and make resolute decision on itâ€.

PC member Valeh Humbatoghlu called the bloc members to hold rally in Bibiheybat if the authorities donâ€™t allow holding it in the center of the city.

The Public Chamber is expected to decide to hold a rally on April 8. The proposal on the date of rally was made by Musavat chairman Isa Gambar and other members of the Coordination Council.
