Baku. Parvin Abbasov – APA. A group of observers led by chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov will visit Moscow on March 2.
Head of the CEC Public Relations and Media Department Azer Sariyev told APA that the visit will take place at the invitation of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the visit is to observe the presidential elections in Russia on March 4.
