Azerbaijan must collect all legal materials for punishing the culprits of this genocideâ€, was said at the roundtable â€œKhojaly genocide is the most serious crime committed against humanityâ€ organized by the Institute of Human Rights of Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences, APA reports.

A book titled â€œKhojaly event is assessed as genocide on the basis of international lawâ€ and published in English, Russian, German and French was presented at the session. Instituteâ€™s Director Ayten Mustafayeva said that the book contained documents which guided by international law proved the Khojaly events as genocide: â€œThis is not only we that call this tragedy genocide. There are all evidences for calling Khojaly events as genocide. The Armenian bandits killed the innocent people only for their ethnic background. This document will be sent to all international organizations and parliaments. Our main purpose is the existence of international tribunal on Khojaly genocideâ€.
