Azerbaijani President: Every citizen regardless of language, religion, nationality is a valuable citizen of Azerbaijan

The President noted that Medical and Diagnostic Center was built in Guba. â€œIn 2004, the State Oil Company (SOCAR) built a hospital in Siyazan. After that, the hospital was opened in Khachmaz, Shabran, and finally in Gusar. Thus, in the northern zone of the main health issues are being resolved. In general, in every region of the country are opened and will open new hospitals and diagnostic centers. We must strive to ensure that the end of next year in each district, the district center started to operate a medical center that meets modern standardsâ€, - the President said.

The Head of State said that this process has become widespread in the city of Baku. In recent years, in Baku were built the most modern hospitals. The beginning of the operation of these hospitals will turn Baku into the center of the region, including in health care. Hospital construction was carried out by SOCAR. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan is the largest company and the region, it has great functions and tasks, the main branch of the Azerbaijani economy - it is oil and gas sector. Along with this, the State Oil Company carries out numerous social programs. "At one time I ordered that the largest company of our country to achieve the greatest success in the social sphere. I am very pleased that the state oil company has constructed more than ten new diagnostic and treatment centers", - He said.

The President stressed that in general, the state oil company is actively involved in the development of Gusar, laid new parks, new museums. In his opinion, this social function must be in the heart of Gusar people.

Some time ago, was built Shahdagh power plant, which is important for the development of the area. The station supplies electricity to the entire northern area. The development of the region is impossible without the construction of roads. For this purpose, a highway Baku-Guba-Gusar, now under construction site Guba-Gusar. Along with this, considering the request of the management area were allocated to rural roads. When I was here last time, we celebrated the opening of the rural roads of the Samur-Hazra. However, citizens living on Hazra have requested that their roads were landscaped, and the decision was made. Now continue laying a new road to village Zuhul. Upon completion of this project, residents of 30 villages will benefit from excellent road", - Ilham Aliyev said.

The President stressed that it will give a huge impetus to the development, area will be open hundreds, perhaps thousands of new jobs, and the Gusar district will become a tourist center of Azerbaijan. "We started this project several years ago. I would also say that the project was launched on my initiative. I am interested in the construction of the center from time to time.
