Aslan Ismayilov: I left the Forum of Intellectuals because of the discord with some persons

He said the Forum of Intellectuals is carrying out positive activities, he does not want to speak ill of the Forum.
â€œI am not going to speak much about it,â€ he said.

Member of the Forum of Intellectuals Jamil Hasanli told APA it is normal.
â€œAslan is our friend. His membership at the Forum does not affect this friendship. Secondly, the Forum is not an organization, where somebody is admitted or leaves officially. Everyone himself decides to come here or not,â€ he said.

Commenting on Aslan Ismayilovâ€™s statement â€œI left the Forum of Intellectuals because of the discord with some personsâ€, Hasanli said:
â€œHe decided to attend several meetings. Later he decided not to attend. There is not a department issuing membership cards. This is a voluntary union of a group of intellectuals,â€ he said.

Coordinator of the Forum Eldar Namazov said he can not add anything more.
