Infant schools, infant schools-kindergartens, special kindergartens and childrenâ€™s homes are out of Education Ministryâ€™s control

Baku-APA. Azerbaijani President issued order on measures on development of infant schools, infant schools-kindergartens, special kindergartens and childrenâ€™s homes.

APA reports that the order was signed for the purpose of setting the infant schools, infant schools -kindergartens, special kindergartens and childrenâ€™s homes at a high level, and creating necessary conditions for the intellectual, physical and psychological development of the children. According to the order, infant schools, infant schools-kindergartens, special kindergartens and childrenâ€™s homes, which are subordinated to the Education Ministry, will be subordinated to the local authorities from today.

President tasked the Cabinet of Ministers to prepare the proposals on the coordination of Presidentâ€™s acts to the order and present to the Azerbaijani President.
According to another paragraph of the order, the Presidential Administration must develop the project of necessary amendments on this Order in the â€œRegulations on local authoritiesâ€ within a month and present it to the Azerbaijani President.
