Ilham Aliyev the President of Azerbaijan signed a decree on increase of sum of social allowances.

Baku-APA. Sums of social allowances were increased for 10 percent from December 1, 2011, according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on measures to strengthen social protection of the needy people # 324, dated September 8, 2010 (Legislative law collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2010, #9, article 772 ) as follows:

Monthly allowances:
1.1.1. for the age;
1.1.2. invalidity â€œgeneral diseaseâ€, â€œdisease during military serviceâ€, â€œlabor injury and occupational diseaseâ€, â€œfor being in the places of military operationsâ€, â€œfor elimination results of Chernobyl nuclear power plantâ€ if I, II, III group invalidity happens;

1.1.3. For the children up to 18 years old with limited health;
1.1.4. for losing head of the family;

1.1.5. For the persons not having right to get a pension, the persons granted war veteran title for participation at battles for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the persons awarded with orders and medals for heroic labor at rear front in 1941-1945, persons who were in military service at Internal Affairs and State Security bodies in 1941-195 but not participated at battles, persons who were awarded with orders and medals during the World War II, the workers of special units that performed instructions during the Second World War for the interests of the Army and Navy at the behind of the battle front or at the operation areas of the warring fleets, persons who worked during the siege of Leningrad at city facilities, institutions and organizations in the World War II and awarded the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad", badge "Resident of Leningrad siege," persons participated in local wars and armed conflicts in the territory of other countries in military compounds and specialists of the Committee for State Security, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the former USSR armed forces;

Lump sum allowance:

Annual allowance for medical treatment of radiation accident victims;
allowance for the birth of a child - 75 manat;
allowance for burial - 100 manat.

The Cabinet of Ministers was ordered to solve the issues arising from the order.
