What we will achieve in return? What we will win?â€, Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament Valeh Alasgarov said during the discussion of draft budget 2012 at the joint meeting of the Parliamentâ€™s committees, APA reports.

Alasgarov said that today the leading think tanks of the world earn billions of money by putting up their products for sale: â€œEven you can take the mathematics for a model. Take Lotfi Zadeh for a model. This person has 5 theories. If they had not been, the todayâ€™s communication means would not have been. We need to conduct this work. We must also think about what we will do in education sphereâ€.
