Parliament accepts appeal to Azerbaijani nation on the occasion of 31 December - the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and New Year

It was noted that Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis founded the combination of azerbaijanism idea of our compatriots: â€œToday, volume of works carried out by Azerbaijani state in the direction of achievement of unity of word, belief, action of our nation extend year-by-year. Azerbaijanis living in all parts of the world understand the truth for unity more deeply. Ties between our compatriots strengthen, Azerbaijanis support one another in protection of national rightsâ€.

Great development way, reliable securance of human rights and freedom in Azerbaijan was noted in the appeal. Moreover, it was noted that parliamentary elections held in November, this year was beginning of new period in democratic development of Azerbaijan.

Principle of taking of Azerbaijani territorial integrity as a basis in regulation of Nagorno Karabakh conflict by international organizations and foreign countries was accepted in Parliamentâ€™s appeal: â€œWe will achieve regulation of this conflict as a result of the policy carried out by Azerbaijani government. All Azerbaijanis must unite their efforts. It may bring nearer solution of the problem moreâ€.

Azerbaijanis living abroad have been called to unity in the appeal.

So, last meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament was finished. The Parliament went on holiday.
