Panah Huseyn proposes to discuss appointment of Musavat Partyâ€™s representatives to CEC at the parliament

Speaker Ogtay Asadov said the parliament asked Musavat Party to send its representatives for three years and they would review the issue.

Musavat Party submitted the documents about the appointment of its representatives at the Central Election Commission to the parliament. The package of documents includes an address to the speaker of the parliament Ogtay Asadov and protocol of the Musavat Partyâ€™s meeting.

Musavat Partyâ€™s Assembly held its extraordinary meeting on Wednesday and appointed two representatives to CEC. They are chief of the Musavatâ€™s Election Department Gulaga Aslanli and non-party Anvar Aliyev. According to the Assemblyâ€™s decision, Gulaga Aslanli was also nominated to the post of CEC secretary from the opposition.
