Siyavush Novruzov: YAP has made changes in its list of candidates, new names have been included into the list

According to him, YAP has gained enough experience, western technologies are used, activities are carried out in line with Azerbaijanâ€™s socio-political life.
â€œI think YAP can not have an alternative in these processes. YAP has won all elections, and will win this time, too,â€ he said.

Novruzov also commented on the claims that YAPâ€™s list did not cover the existing potential, the list caused contradictions inside the party.
â€œYAP determined the candidates basing on serious studies. As you know, we have not nominated 17 persons representing the party in the parliament. Some of them refused to participate in the election process. We have nominated candidates from 114 constituencies. There are candidates of our allies in 11 constituencies, we have not nominated alternative candidates. Moreover, we support the candidacies of outstanding Azerbaijani public, political figures. This time women and young people predominate in the partyâ€™s list. YAP often carries out reforms. The public witnessed this at the local elections. Similar steps are taken before the parliamentary elections. YAP has made changes in its list of candidates, new names have been included into the list. This is natural, our party is extending. Those who joined the party at the age of 18 have now reached 40. We use their potential,â€ he said.

Siyavush Novruzov also commented on the articles of some opposition parties that YAP uses administrative resources in the signature collection campaign.
â€œThey have started campaign of blackmail, slander. YAP does not need this,â€ he said.
