Azerbaijanâ€™s ruling party expresses opinion about AXCP-Musavat merger

He said AXCP and Musavat together couldnâ€™t be alternative to even YAPâ€™s single regional organization. â€œYAPâ€™s organization in Ganja has more than 24 000 party members. There is a district organization in Baku which unites tens of thousands people. Our regional organizations are engaged in wider activity than those parties. Our local organizations are more popular in the society than those parties, which exist only in the pages of the newspapers. They are demonstrating shows based on the orders from outside the country. Their goal is to receive money from outside. Those parties can not conduct the signature-collecting campaign. Even their candidates can not submit correctly their documents to the electoral district commissions. The signature-collecting campaign and registration phase wlli be completed in 10 days. The election campaign will be started on October 15. Those parties can not return the signature sheets to the electoral district commissions despite they already nominated their candidatesâ€.
