Baku. Parvin Abbasov – APA. ELS Center for Independent Studies is going to conduct exit polls in 10 polling stations of each of the 118 constituencies on November 7, director of the center Irada Yagubova told APA.
Yagubova said the center had prepared the package of necessary documents. The package of documents will be submitted to the Central Election Commission (CEC) in a few days. The center has finished the choice of interviewers. The qualification of interviewers will start on October 2.
The exit poll to be held by ELS Center for Independent Studies will cover the entire country with the exception of seven constituencies in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The center conducted exit polls in the presidential elections in 2008 and in the local elections in 2009.
