President of Azerbaijan issues order for appointment of judges and court chairmen of general trial jurisdiction

APA reports quoting AzerTac News Agency as saying that the document reads: â€œGuided by Point 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 94 of the law on Courts and Judges of the republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:

1. To appoint following persons as judges of general trial jurisdiction:

Abbasov Gurban Rashid â€“ judge, 1st Local Economic Court of Baku

Abdullayev Veli Asgar â€“ judge, Kepez District Court, Ganja City

Allahverdiyeva Ramella Allahverdi â€“ judge, Grave Crimes Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Atashova Raziya Huseyn â€“ judge, Khatai District Court, Baku City

Hasanov Allahveren Maharram â€“ judge, Shusha regional Court

Huseynov Museyib Abbas â€“ judge, 1st Economic Court of Baku

Huseynov Salman Bilal â€“ judge, Military Court of Ganja

Huseynov Zeygam Huseyn â€“ judge, Sumgayit City Court

2. To appoint Abdullayev Veli Asgar as chairman of Kepez District Court, Ganja City

3. To appoint Huseynov Museyib Abbas as chairman of 1st Economic Court of Baku

4. To appoint Huseynov Zeygam Huseyn as chairman of Sumgayit City Courtâ€.
