He said they reached an agreement with the managers of Tebriz cinema, which has 600 seats.

Mammadli said they were expected to convene the congress later September.

AXCP addressed the Baku City Authority to allocate building for their congress on July 22. The city authorities said that conference hall were not in their balance and the party should negotiate the venue issue with the managers of conference halls, culture centers or palaces. AXCP functionaries chose Tebriz cinema in Nizami district of Baku and began negotiations with the cinema officials after getting permission of the Nizami district authorities.
