The new version contains last amendments and annexes made by the parliament of Azerbaijan. It was published at the parliament’s printing house.
CEC distributed the Electoral Code among the chairmen of the local election commissions. The Code’s copies are delivered now to the polling stations.
On June 18, 2010, the parliament of Azerbaijan adopted amendments and annexes to the Electoral Code of Azerbaijan. On July 14, 2010, President Ilham Aliyev issued an order for implementation of the law on amendments to the Electoral Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
