First vice speaker of Milli Mejlis, Azerbaijani parliament Ziyafat Asgarov met with the head of the Israel-Azerbaijan parliamentary friendship group Robert Ilatov, press service of the parliament told APA. Asgarov said Israel-Azerbaijani relations were intensified after the historic visit of Israeli President Shimon Peres to Azerbaijan. Asgarov said both countries needed in the mutual cooperation and expressed his satisfaction with the mutual support Israel and Azerbaijan show each other at the international arena.
Robert Ilatov spoke about warm relations between his country and Azerbaijan and said there were wide opportunities for the mutual cooperation in the political, economic, health and other fields.
