Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. “The amendments and annexes made to the law on “Nongovernmental organizations†will ensure the development of NGO sector,†chairman of the Council of State Support for NGOs under President Azay Guliyev said, APA reports.
Guliyev said he regarded the amendments as perfection.
“All the items dissatisfying us have been removed from the draft,†he said.
According to him, it was not right to reduce the authorized capital concerning the funds from AZN 50,000 to AZN 10,000.
“This amount should be increased. This amount is €100,000 in the world,†he said.
