Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. The Management Board of the United Azerbaijan Popular Front Party has held the next meeting, the party’s press service told APA. IT was noted that the reducing the term of compulsory education from 11 years to 9 years in Azerbaijan contradicted the 42nd article of the Constitution. The problems in receiving the certificate of secondary education in secondary schools were also regarded as arbitrariness.
The Management Board also discussed the visit of Israeli President Shimon Peres to Azerbaijan. It was noted that Shimon Peres’ visit was very important for Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani embassy should be opened in Israel and military cooperation should be extended with the country.
