Azay Guliyev: All the items worrying NGOs have been removed from the bill on amendments and annexes proposed to the law on â€œNGOsâ€

Guliyev said the bill had been discussed once more at the meeting of the parliamentâ€™s committee for legal policy and statehood.
â€œA new bill will be presented to the parliament tomorrow,â€ he said.

Guliyev said items on establishing branches and representations of the NGOs in 1/3 of the country, auditing NGOs, imposing sanctions on the representatives of the NGOs whose registration has been cancelled, signing contracts to open branches and representations of foreign NGOs, incomes from foreign sources not exceeding 50 percent had been removed from the bill.

Deputy chairman of the parliamentâ€™s committee for legal policy and statehood Rovshan Rzayev also told APA that the annexes proposed to the law had been amended. All the issues worrying the public have been taken into consideration in the bill.
