Muasir Musavat Party attempts to picket outside Iranian embassy

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. Muasir Musavat Party attempted to picket outside Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan concerning the pressures against the Azerbaijanis after the elections in Iran, APA reports. Though the picket was sanctioned, the party activists could gather only in Akhundov Park near the embassy. They were not allowed to raise posters and chant slogans. After the talks with the police agreement was reached to present the resolution to the embassy.
The action ended peacefully after the party activists presented the resolution to the embassy.
