Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. Milli Mejlis will discuss the draft law on reproductive health and family planning in its autumn session, head of the working group Malahat Ibrahimqizi told APA. She said the draft law was included in the spring session agenda, but some controversial points of the law delayed its discussion until the autumn session.
The points of “donorship†and “surrogate mother†caused serious disputes during the first reading of the draft law on the reproductive health and family planning and therefore the document was sent back to the working group. Both phrases were removed from the draft after its elaboration.
