Nagorno Karabakhâ€™s Azerbaijani community leader elected

Human Rights Commissioner Elmira Suleymanova, Chairman of the Patriotic War Veterans Union Fuzuli Rzaguliyev addressed the congress and then the community discussed the organizing issues, APA reports. Charter of the Public Union of Nagorno Karabakhâ€™s Azerbaijani Community was amended, 22-member of Board of Governors, 5-member of the Inspection Commission were formed at the congress. Head of the executive power of Shusha town Bayram Safarov was elected the chairman of the Board of Governors. Safarov said he would work to justify the confident of the congress participants.

The congress addressed the President of Azerbaijan, international organizations, world parliaments, international community and heads of governments.

The newly-elected Board of Governors held its first meeting after the congress. The Coordination Council was established and pro-rector of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute Mehdi Abdullayev was elected the Council chairman. Safarov said the community would establish its analytical center, international relations, financial and other units in near future.
