Bitcoin price surpasses $63,000

Positive dynamics were observed in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours, APA-Economics reports.

The total capitalization of the global cryptocurrency market increased by 0.83% over the past 24 hours, reaching $2.19 trillion. Meanwhile, the CoinMarketCap 20 Index (CMC20) rose by 0.82% to 129.68 points.

Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency, gained 0.69% over the past 24 hours, rising to $63,141.96. Ethereum increased by 0.84% to $1,775.39, while BNB climbed 2.42% to $583.82.

Among the other cryptocurrencies in the top ten, Bitcoin Cash gained 1.50%, Bittensor rose 1.04%, and Zcash increased by 0.65%. Meanwhile, Monero declined by 1.13%.

Note that market participants say that demand for major cryptocurrencies has increased amid growing risk appetite, which has had a positive impact on the overall market capitalization.
