"Mexico will be represented at COP29 by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Environment," Mexico’s Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Maria Victoria Romero told APA.
The Ambassador congratulated Azerbaijan: "Because this conference is receiving over 50,000, perhaps even more, delegates. All events have been really well-organized, and we wish Azerbaijan great success in concluding COP29. We know that a major challenge lies ahead, and we will strive to contribute to supporting Azerbaijan in addressing this challenge. We are still coordinating our national position. Our leading negotiators will arrive soon, and we will then be able to share Mexico's position in greater detail."
