He said that they are also here to finance COP: "So, you can see how busy here is on the second day of the conference. It is the first day of the World Leaders' Summit. I have got my Prime Minister, my Foreign Secretary, my Energy Secretary all here. They are here to demonstrate what the UK is doing in terms of our own clean energy, transition. We have got an announcement and our new nationally determined contribution, a new climate target that the Prime minister will announce today. Of course, we are also here to finance COP. We want to make sure that the finance is directed towards the people who need it the most, the people who are the most vulnerable, marginalized, the most affected by climate change."
