"Construction works in Baku Stadium related to COP29 are 99 percent completed," Azer Guliyev, director of the Venue Construction Department of the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company told journalists, APA reports.
He said that all the work will be completed this evening and the place will be handed over to the UN: "There are a lot of small things left. The process of bringing the used areas back to the best level is also being completed. All materials are installed according to sustainable standards and most of what you see around is reusable materials.”
