He noted that everyone has gathered around COP29: "There are many attendees at COP29. All countries of the world are represented here. This is a success for COP29."
He mentioned that they expressed support for the mechanism for adopting Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, which focuses on carbon issues.
"Although there are European leaders that did not attend, representatives of those countries are present. Therefore, we can say that the main thing is participation. From my side, I can say that COP29 has achieved success," the President noted.
