"There can be no talk of the possibility of territorial concessions to Ukraine in the process of settling the war," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference, APA reports.
"Territorial concessions to what is now Ukraine were made by Soviet leadership during the formation of the USSR," he remarked.
Talking about the United States, Lavrov mentioned that the country could help resolve the situation in Eastern Europe, as it has been playing "the main role in the Ukrainian conflict from the very beginning."
